Should the Open Lobby button do other than blink when pressed?

I recall they had lobby back when we had 2 arenas(green and blue arenas if I can remember correctly). This feature was there so you can talk with squadies and players while waiting to enter the arena.

Lobby worked in AH2, but doesn't for some reason in 3.

Was simply an over sight of configuring the lobby on the servers all should now be working.

Thats because squads can be different in different arenas.
