It became meaningless to me back IN the early 80's, when I
realized that it is used as a paid $$$$$$$ propaganda tool.

Became meaningless when they only advance it when the 'scientists  ' feelings dictate instead of actual event driven as intended.  It's almost as entertaining as the debt counter.
