Believe this is a JG53 109K4: was this used on an actual plane?

Aircraft in the photo is not the one in the profile. The text is not legible to even try and see what it says.

It is indeed a real plane flown by Gunther Landt, but the scheme depicted is wrong. The grays seen in your pic represent RLM 75 gray/violet and RLM 77 light gray used together, but RLM 77 was used as a replacement for RLM 75. So the dark color would be dark green RLM 83. The question is whether the light color is RLM 75 or 77 - most depictions use 75. I'm leaning more towards 77.
