I appreciate your perspective and will take it as a word of caution as I try to practice before frame 1.

I'll fight anyone P47D25 vs a TA152...deck merge (me in the Jug) to provide proof of my claims....only way the 152 has a shot is by an E merge to get a rope but I'll be E merging every time so that won't work...once it's in rolling scissors (which most fights progress to) it's over....

Only times I've won a fight without an E merge is because I notice a mistake in their merge.
Is this a challenge? ;)

I think Dreidioc (or however you spell it) is good in the Ta 152.

Absolutely, it's not me being cocky I just know from experience the TA152 is a slug down low just like early and mid war planes....which is why it's fun to turn fight in the MA...it also has a very thin edge that you have to ride to make it perform...which is why it's better then flying a lot of higher ENY rides

I honestly think people's biggest problem with the 152 is they take too much fuel.

You can totally get away with taking 25% in the MA.

It's not as big a slug down low as people think. But it has been a long time, maybe I view it through rose-tinted glasses.

She's definitely a slug down low and slow haha. It's just about creating angles really.

Exactly, which isn't the plane's performance.

No it's a slug down low compared to its late war counterparts...down low, it's closer to the D11, 38G, 51B, ect ect.

What ever you do with a plane imo classifies as its performance. Maybe we just have different terminology. But I'll be online this evening junky if you wanna test your theory. Should be fun!

You can create angles in any plane...some better then others....and that better then others portion is where the performance of the aircraft comes into play...the plane is physically easier to position for an angle with better performance.

And, as i said before, when you get guns on, even for a second, the other guy blows up.  There is something to be said for killing quickly.  I always assume that the enemies buddy or buddies are inbound asap to save him.  Get in, get the kill, get ready for the next one.

Not that I am an expert, but this is not a plane for beginners, she is unforgiving.  I think it's the easiest plane to put in a flat spin.  If you want to fly it well, you must stick with it.  The problem is once you get used to her, them guns spoil ya.

I shouldn't need to answer that question to anyone TBH, I'm one of the few in game willing to duel almost whenever depending on what my squad is doing(Tuesday and Friday nights are squad times)

The guns are the only reason it should maintain its ENY...its a monster in that regard mainly because the 20s hit so hard on top of the 30MM

I'm amazed that the Germans were so far behind as to build a late war bird that was no better than an American early war bird. Fantastic story there.  :D
