Apparently, you can get it on in the air too:

I think it would have to be indoors or something. Otherwise you'd have planes flying over bombing and strafing the little men.
I like the idea though.

That would be the next iteration.

Was it the same map with a partially modeled Paris? I remember climbing the stairs of the Eiffel Tower after him while testing the arena.

In AH 2, I once taxied to the re-arming pad.  Some enemy pilot found a spot where he could hide from the ack, and shot me when I stopped to re-arm.

Second story.  We were trying to capture a base, I saw an enemy pilot ride his chute all the way down to the town.  When I got shot down, I rode my chute down too.  I figured he would be hiding in the map room, waiting to shoot troops when they came to capture.  I ran to the map room and went in (I don't think you can do that in AH3).  Sure enough, there was the enemy pilot, waiting.  Bang bang bang, and I got the kill.

I have had a shootout with another pilot, ran into him near a map room. we went out on the main street, 20 yards from each other and waited for the church bells..

Edit: (lol, no i shot him in the back)

in the MA? Deack a base then bail over the grass runway spawn. No kills so far but several assists.

That was probably me but the new rearm buildings don't have that place where you are shielded from the ack.
