Ive noticed then frames only drop during and shortly after tracer fire.  Other than that..I have no issues.

I used DX11 for months until I started spiking and getting frame freezes and had to go to DX9. Last night the performance around large basis was terrible even with settings dialed down. It had to be one of the patches.
