Custom Arena not loading chosen terrain

I tried twice to create a custom arena with dueling terrain.

Ndisles loaded both times.

And shutting down the arena did not wipe it from the list.

I had to wait the 5 minutes for it to timeout in order to create the second one.

I had almost the same experience.  It did come up with ndisles when I chose dueling, but I was able to shut it down and it was removed from the list.  Note that there is a permanent dueling arena in the free tab area.  Maybe they don't want two up at the same time?  Not sure why that would be.

I have tried another 5 or 6 times.

Other terrains load correctly.

Dueling always comes up NDisles.

Doing an arena shutdown boots me offline but the arena persists for 5 minutes.
