Landing on a prepared grass strip
« on: March 06, 2017, 05:51:08 PM »
Landing on the prepared grass strip at a small airbase counts as a ditch.  It should count as a successful landing as you're landing on the prepared grass strip and not the rough grass.

Forgot to add another reason it should count as a successful landing is because on some maps, fighters spawn on the grass strip.

Edit: Attached film.

I wonder if it had anything to do with a change I thought they made when pilots were complaining about the building at the end of the runway?

I have not landed on grass since the last update but before that it was no problem.  Will try it tonight.  I will drive around too looking for the green "End Sortie".

The grass strip does give a successful landing. You were no on the grass strip, but between the grass strip and the bomber strip.

Off line take a plane and move between the 2 strips stopping, then look at the end sortie on the clip board.
