This month's TDI event is
Siege of Malta. First running starts at 3pm Eastern time and the second one at 10pm Eastern time. Everyone is welcome to play in the Special Events Arena II (under 'Events' on Arenas menu), in either or both events today. Unlimited lives, play as much or as little as you like in either 2-hour event.
Kill enemies, sink enemy ships and destroy enemy ground targets. Kills are worth 1 point each, ground targets .2 points and ships sunk 5 points.... so could be worth going for ships!
Allies aircraft: Hurricane II, Spitfire V, Boston II (for balance), Wirblewind (for field defence). No bombs on fighters. Aircraft enabled at Malta, A176 & A177. Wirblewinds enabled at all land fields.
Axis aircraft: Bf109F-4, C202, Ju88A-4, He 111, Ju87D-3, Wirblesind (for field defence). No torps or 500 kg bombs on Ju 88. No bombs on fighters. Aircraft enabled at A169 and A172 on the south coast of Sicily. Wirblewinds enabled at all land fields.
