I'm a former WB player from many moons ago. Used to fly with the Rough Raiders (Bombers) in another lifetime.
After a long hiatus, about 18 years, I figured I would give it a go again and just signed up last week.
After flying a few days on my own I found I am still horrible, but managed two air kills, several AAA and 19 burning holes in the ground.
Would really like to get back into bombing (heavy, medium or ground attack), but really willing to fly anything as long as the group is having fun.
I'm east coast, and have been known to travel quite a bit for work (except summers as I cover the Middle East and its too hot there in summer
) Have been flying Rooks but not really country partial. I discovered VR and have been spending more time gazing around the scenery with my Oculus Scuba mask than keeping my head in the fight, but having a blast doing it. I'm going to need quite a bit of work to get back up to speed, so maybe a squad that doesn't take themselves too seriously would be a best fit.
