fyi, my install of w10 had done this by default.

fyi, my install of w10 had done this by default.
  If you have a 4K monitor

It will vary.  If your monitor is 120DPI, or less, it should have it globally disabled. If you have a 4K 16:9 aspect ratio monitor that is less than 36" diagonally, then it will automatically enable it.
