Actually, I think Shuffler's pointed to the graceful exit, and I choose the modifier carefully.

Given that Skuzzy is right here, I think people have appropriately acknowledged gratitude for his relatively thankless task on this BBS. That's worth an echo, here.

I'd also thank him for making it fun for a fifty plus year old man to try to athletically slide  his creaking joints under that rapidly closing security door with an " in before the lock" post.

sum like to get in on a locked post.  just being part of the untouchable and saying you were there; knowing the violation severity and due process, the opportunity to "tag" a post leaves you in lights and allows for pointless posting (also a rule violation but i do not se it enforced). 

then there are the hi-horse "ins". they want in because they disagree with the op and wants to let that known And rub in the fact the op is going down.

we also have the casual observer who joins by chance and is tickled by some random humor.

and last there is the true IN. when you luck out and find a ripe topic.  you made it in and its going to be a fun ride.  this is best on weekends and after 5 pm.  unfortunately satellite log-ins of salaried monitors results in a more volatile presence of, the lock.
