March '17 KOTH Results I

Numbers were a little down on last month but we had 8 pilots duke out for most of the event.  We had 9 rounds with 3 wabbits going for the win.

Special mention to horble for winning his first KOTH round in excellent style!   

Congratulations to Krupnski who took the first March King of the Hill!   he chose the blank for next months first ride.

Here's the C.202 round, which was the most intense one in my view.  Upon watching I think when I overshot Makayla I should've gone full power instead of foolishly trying to out-float him.  Nice flying, dude

I did not intend to win any of it......I was there for the fun fights. I said during the events I was the last 2 i would bail out. Or auger purposely.

And after he said that, I asked him to stay and fight, and not bail on purpose

I don't care how many he might win through out the year... players that attend KOTH events need to learn how to kill the wabbits

And also learn not to kill the player that is saddled up and shooting at and getting hits on the/or a wabbit....

That is why I left, after missing the first round, having to instantly bail in the second round due to breaking alt cap while trying to rope my first engagement

Then being shot down 3 or 4 times as I was saddled up on a wabbit.....

Guess I was wearing the undeniable big arse bull's-eye target in Euro Koth Saturday, lol

You did pretty good fighting MAKAYLA, too.... we was watching the both of you trying to float those c202's as if y'all were dogfighting each other with kites, haha

it was a bit strange with the wabbit hunting and then them losing the last fight so strangely we had quite a few more rounds than previous months.

that whole 4 / 3 way fight was great to watch,  then your 1 vs 1 was excellent too. 

You were much smoother and fluent in your scissors but Makayla was rinsing every bit of E out of his plane in the stalls.   Making it very hard for you to cut in for a decent shot.

It's those types of engagements that make King of the hill second to none for adrenalin pumping, eyebrow sweating,  stomach churning, nail biting, butterflies, white knuckle flying.   It's a crying shame I can only up sometimes and partake.
