possible radio problems

when listening to people on my squad channel, they key up 1 second I can hear them next second I can't. I can see that they are keyed and transmitting. but do not have a problem on range. just on squad channel. I have sades 7.1ch gaming headset but only use 2 channel option. could it be my headset it's only 3 months old. but had same problem with old headset. in options>voice I have all sliders maxed out. please help if you can.

Not sure if it's the same problem..I have an issue that random times people I hear  normally I don't hear but others do.i see someone key up but hear nothing..then next time they key up I hear them
.it's random..on squad Vox and range..
Its quite regular too..
