Thinking about trying tank night this next Thur

Is there anything I should know? or just show up or? are there squads? 

I know NOTHING about Gv's or how to aim or anything.   :headscratch:

Should I just show up and learn on the fly? recommendations of practice before I show up?

you will get slaughtered but its a great bunch or guys in there and they will most likely help you

We will help you and if ya want I can show ya some tips and all. But on the most part anyone in there on tank night will help you. You could also practice offline or the AvA terrain up. Ow will most likely be there til next week. So many options and I think the Ta has a designated area to practice gving and to get used to sites and rangesr

Yep, that'd be great whatever you can think of that might be helpful. I'm a fairly quick learner.  But I'm sure I'll be taking some lumps.   :salute

Prepare to die many times... but it's a great learning experience and typically all in good fun.  Plus getting kills on those guys that are typically in there are VERY satisfying.  :cheers:

On the odd nights I could get on for tank nights, I fear it will be nothing but "blow Fugi up before he gets a shot" night and this really turns me off.    :(

Knowing you got killed more than me isn't going to cool my frustration levels! LOL! To me it sounds more like a pick fest than a battle. I can get killed by the "elite" tankers in the MA just as easily. Dont need a special arena/night for that!  :P
