Why is it that you dont get damage points in the ship guns. I mean the other day I sunk three ships with the battleship's guns and then cause massive amount of damage on both the town and airfield. Yet when I ended sortie nothing. Then in the hangar nothing for perks. Now this is really unfair as I had sunk one battle ship and two escorts took more than half the town down and destroyed various tactical targets at an airfield over an hour plus time frame to get nothing na da. HiTech you need to come with a point system for shipboard guns. Granted if you shoot down enemy aircraft you will be given points. Just makes me scratch my head in disbelief..

None of the field guns or ship gun yield perk points for kills of planes, vehicles, or damage to anything.  Nor have they ever.

As noted on your clipboard perks are only awarded for fighters, bombers, and vehicles.

Look at the upside.  Field guns are the only thing you can get killed in and still land successfully

you may have sank them, but were you the only one hitting them-no perks awarded because in most cases your not the only person causing damage to those items that you are destroying. the same with SB's hitting ships.. when you drop a bomb from a plane damage is calculated from the destroyable objects left on the ship including the ship it self if a direct hit sinking it

You do get damage points I think, but never any perk points.
