VR improvements in recording film

Would be nice if VR head movements be recorded in the film.

This helps:

• you can see how the player interacts with the cockpit
• players can get a sense of what it's like to fly with VR
• record the players actions in the cockpit for later review so those flying VR can learn their mistakes

Would be nice for TIR as well. However, you can easily use a third party program to record your flights from your perspective.
