It will run AH, however you will have to reduce some graphics settings. That card is better than what I currently run (GTX 750), but you should be able to max all the sliders with environment slider at none and shadows and reflections turned off. I use that same graphics setting and stay at a steady 59-60fps and rarely drop to the low 50s.
Someone else may be able to give better advice, as I'm not sure about that processor.
