CV Landing Turned Slingshot

Last night i experienced an interesting situation, wondering if it's just me or what.

Landing a zero on a CV, gear and hook down. landed a little forward of where I normally like, CV is turning/normalizing, I come to a stop right away as I caught a wire, then ZOOM I'm slung backwards off the CV and crashed into water behind CV...

Did i just fudge up on landing!?  Is that normally possible or did I encounter the nether-world on the CV deck?

If your engine was not at complete idle or not revved enough to offset the wind, you will roll backwards. This is enhanced when the CV is turning. A turning CV can cause all kinds of movement issues. When I land on a turning boat I always stand on the brakes

Not too uncommon, afaik this happens when you land on a turning cv and hits the deck in the wrong angle.

Pretty much what happened then, little bit of an angle and someone making a mistake in the ships wire retracting system... left it set to slingshot-return!

Has happened to me before.   A minor bug.
