Photo image file download
« on: June 28, 2017, 12:05:46 PM »
I've use Photobucket to post img files for years.  Lately the app constantly crashes and seems to have self destructed.

Any suggestions for other alternatives to post images in the forum?  Thanks!

Photobucket has gone way down hill the last few years.

I'll watch this thread closely.

I'd try Google Drive or Imgur. Another alternative would be if your squad has a website that you can host images/video/files through, which is what I do for my group of guys.

Ask this guys here, imo the best photo forum, lots of things to learn, many advanced and pro (in "Presentation & Building Galleries") sub forum; but i know what are going to tell you; Flickr ; i understand is the best storing site for preserving original colors and sharpness. "Google photos"  is getting good reviews lately.

They've stopped picture hosting unless you upgrade to an account costing $399 a year!  I only found out today, though it apparently happened a few days ago - without any notice, at least I didn't receive any.  Now using IMGUR or IMGBB from today.
