I havent heard (readed
) anything from you, guys,about this "new" feature. I say "new" because it was clear that it was to be implemented sooner or later. It is the "captures".
I simply love it. It adds much to the game...before if a con got your engine, you could say: "well,ok as soon as I can ditch, It's all right". Not now, as Captures counts as deaths in scores (and I rather want to see a "you have ditched" than a "you have been captured"
)
That also will persuade many people to "volunteer" ditches, because as they count right the same, there is no point in, at least, try to return home.
So WTG ,HTC, again another GREAT feature
Said that,I want to suggest something. If the result is a capture...why not give credit to the guy that has shot you down?. I mean, give a kill to the guy, he has earned it. I more or less can understand no kill given to a guy that ditches in friendly ground (as historically planes were recovered and some of them were returned to use or its pieces taken for repairing others)...there is also the fact that those kills couldnt be confirmed with material evidence. A plane ditched in enemy zone is a total loss ,and it is a material evidence of a pilot's kill...
So is there any way to give "captures" as "kills"? thks
