Free win10 option reminder
« on: July 23, 2017, 09:35:12 PM »
Anyone who wants a win10 license and didn't get one before the free upgrade was turned off...

Microsoft is pushing their accessibility features, so if you use any of their accessibility features, and are willing to click a checkbox to affirm that you are using their accessibility features (who doesn't at least fiddle with font size?) then you may still be able to get a free win10 upgrade from win7.

Worked for me when I tried it, legit since all of my machines use the accessibility features in some way.

Yes, it's been widely announced even using Finnish search phrases since the original free offer ended.

As I said in another thread, Microsoft doesn't specify the need of their accessibility features, so it looks like they want to push the entire OS instead of the features in question.

And basically all of us use them in one way or another. As you say, at least by fiddling with the font size or scaling because of aging eyesight.

I've got an older system by today's standards that still runs the game well by my standards.
