May I suggest before you get the clubs out, let them get airborne with some speed up before you club them. Most youngins don't like spawn campers and will bail from the game rather quickly.

HiTech, I just launched the game through Steam, but there's no option to sign into my account. It's trying to make me create a new subscription/2 week trial.

The 2 are not compatible, either you play threw steam, or you play our downloaded version.

War Thunder, IL-2 Series, DCS World, all these games allow you to play the Steam version by logging into your Standalone created username/password.

For AH I have one set and for Steam I use another set, if the set of User / Password were the same for Steam and AH would it work?

if it is set up you should be able to log into AH with just your steam login.

The accounts must remain separate because the billing is separate.

No AH login is required with steam. You simply launch with steam, and can go directly online with out any other login. And I have no desire to be able to move existing AH  accounts over to steam, because each move would cost me 30%.
