If you research financial studies, one of the biggest problems with millenials as consumers is they want everything for free. Some give them the credit with leading the movement to cut the cord from cable and it's fees, while some point to the millenials and their lack of disposable income since 2008 creating the era of FTP, pay to win, bait and switch games. AH wanting money for a full time subscription is hard to take for some of them once the word Free is associated to AH at Steam. To them, that's an unsustainable demand in a reality that sustainability is one of their most important ideals.
