I doubt everyone sees the same ads, it depends on what google or whoever has on file for you. I've seen ads pop up about things I have only mentioned in personal email.   :noid

Google announced they stopped scanning emails for ad targeting in June 2017.   :aok

Targeted.  Do a web search for some random product and you'll get inundated with them on various sites.

I hope hitech isn't paying too much for ads that pop up for people who are already customers. I assume you shouldn't click on them.

  Clear your browser history.  It cuts out most of the targeted ads.
