Thank you, sir. It's still a little "off" and I'm working through that trying to figure out what it needs. Those checkers are brutal. The contrast is so hard to work with, especially where it transitions to metal or has panel lines/gaps.
It looks better from inside the cockpit. I finally have a method to make the reflections look wavy like a metal wing that has skin dimples and wrinkles/waves should instead of a steady sheen. I guess I'm picking up on stuff as I go. It's crazy how I couldn't understand what you guys were trying to say early on. My eye simply wasn't calibrated to the point it is now. Also, AH3's engine really has improved things over AH2 I think.
