chutes dont open

tonight for the second time i watched troops exit the plane and chutes never opened followed them all the way top the ground and no chute?  i attached a film *may be language*

couldnt see troops,in film? I watched a goon drop first 4 troops too low today. Not sure what Alt. this field was. He was 167 ft and right at tree tops, at top of his loop looked like Alt(per film) was 1.1k.....if he started dropping when he first pulled up....troops were dead. Same guy today that I watched drop troops and first 4 were too low. Its 800 AGL I believe. Nicely done tho.

  I saw the same thing happen the other night.  Troops remain in "sky dive" position all the way to the ground.  Maybe we could have an animation where they slowly crawl and drag themselves to the map room after face planting in the dirt?      

 Oh and HT for thanksgiving could you make them into 10 flapping turkeys?
