Please include skins in initial download

I have had this install of the game for over a month now and all the skins are still not downloaded.  How hard would it be to include them in the initial install?

See, without wanting to pick a fight with you personally, your response screams out what is wrong with the system.  I do not care that a new batch was released a few days ago, when logging in and I receive a message that the game needs updating the I expect it to be updated.  Not some of it, ALL of it.

Oh I get it.
A new German player was very frustrated that he could not have the skins like advertised while on his two week trial.
Not sure if he is still about.

No not all the skins changed but a large quantity were updated and new ones were included.

Skins are just another optional download and are not required to play the game.  Right now, if we included all the optional files, the download would be right at 5GB for content most of the players would never use.

Anyone can download the full skins installer, or any particular set of skins they want.

As to why the above link is not off our main WEB page.  Well, I have to figure out how to make it "mobile friendly" according to Google or they will remove us from their search engine.

From a download standpoint 5GB is still extremely small when most modern games are anywhere from 15-55GB to download. It is still a great thing AH is such a quick and small download.

At the very least it would be great to have a download link to the skins package on the main website under the normal download button, or somehow have it looped into the installer as an extra. Skins are one of the most unique things about the game.

I think it'd be nice as an option in the installer - at the beginning before the download starts - just a check box that asks "Include custom skins in download?".   The installer could also show how much bigger including skins would make the download, and how much extra time it would take at typical download speeds.

The default could be unchecked.
