Playing with the Knights last night, and defending island Base 153. 153 is one of those "mini" bases with no radar, only 2 auto guns, no manned guns, no flight hangars, and a single, indestructible VH which has no doors or openings, and upon spawning from the VH you are surrounded by four walls. Because there are no VH openings, you spawn behind the VH instead of inside it.
The Rooks needed one more base to win the map, and 153 was being attacked, with me and several other Knights defending. The Rooks were attacking across the field from the rear of the hangar; opposite my exit location. Unfortunately, each time I spawned and moved a few feet, a tank round would pass through all walls of the VH from the other side and kill me. Not only would the hangar not stop a round, but the gunner knew exactly when I had spawned, and where I was on the opposite side of the building. Unfortunately, I could neither see or shoot through the same walls at my attacker.
The Rooks of course took 153 and won the map.
Later, I viewed the film and and "sat in the seat" of each player using the "Internal View" option. All was as expected, but for one Rook player who could literally see all Knight GV's through any structure we might be behind. He could also effectively shoot them. The shooter was a T34, and thanks to a crack in the walls surrounding the VH spawn point I briefly saw him pass, but there wasn't enough space to shoot, and in any case I couldn't see the tank through the wall on either side of the crack.
I have the film, plus several screenshots from the Rook T34 looking at me, and me looking at the T34. From my gunner's seat all I could see was "wall", but the gunner in the enemy's T34 seat was looking at a portrait of me "painted" on the wall. All us Knights died without a single kill on the T34, and two enemy M3's with troops finished off the maproom --- and the map.
This is a game bug that needs immediate fixing. I texted the Rook T34 player to see if he had any ideas about what was wrong with the game, but received no response.
