Even the uprated G4M2 Betty struggled to carry the weight of the Ohka, it would climb very slowly, be vulnerable to interception and defenceless once the player switched to the Ohka. More importantly the Ohka only had about a 2.5K warhead so you would probably need around three of them to sink an AH CV. A player could do a lot more damage/time with either a Jabo or a conventional heavy level bomber so after the novelty wore off the Ohka would quickly become a hangar queen. It is not as though another way to kill CVs is needed anyway, what with the accuracy of level bombing in the game.
