I joined another players lancasters and went to end sortie via .ef it removed me from the plane to a random spot near middle of map and then I couldn't end sortie from there, gave me the message 'you must be not moving to end sortie.
tried bailing then pressing it again, did not work. had to use alt F4 to get back to playing.
