I love beer... just not a huge fan of Belgians, I put them on the same level as Hefeweizen personally. Something about the Yeasts in those beers turns me off.

There are styles of Belgian Ales brewed by Trappist Monks. Reading the reviews, its more of a hybrid style with American Hop profiles. It's poking fun at the traditional idea of Belgian Ales.

I love beer... just not a huge fan of Belgians, I put them on the same level as Hefeweizen personally. Something about the Yeasts in those beers turns me off.

This one is cleaner and smoother than most beers.  I am not a big fan of heavy yeast either.  This one is devoid of it.  Really is quite good with any spicy foods.

It will sneak up on you as there is no sense in the taste of it being 10%.  Although it has started a new slang phrase.  "Let's go get our deak on!".  Yeah,....not sure about that one.

The whole line of beers from Oak Highland all have odd names, but some pretty good brews.

I don't trust people who do not take bribes. They are unpredictable. Say what you will about corruption, but at least there is a clear system at work and less bureaucracy.
