The customer service lady said it needed 20 amps to work. I told her 20 amps is enough to jump start a car.

Perhaps they meant 20 volts, which is about what a doorbell transformer puts out.

seems to me I recall it requiring 20 to 24 volts to operate. :headscratch:

Well I never got the thing to work so I sent it back. They’re sending me another one so I’ll see how it goes.
