I personally enjoy all aspects of the game, I know for my experience, the GVdar doesn’t take away from that whether I’m on the ground or in the air.
One thing to keep in mind is that we can assume that because every base is a military objective that forward observers are present though we can’t see them and that perhaps GVdar is a method that HiTech is using to kind of simulate that mechanic of war.
I could be wrong but unless an armored column has time to dig in, spotting a moving column by using other elemental guides (dust, trees cracking, ground vibrations etc...) would be be rather obvious.
Perhaps a good solution to the issue would be to disable the GVdar as long as the tank is not firing or within a certain distance from the town, base or airfield. As soon as the tank opens fire the GVdar pops until all GV activity is zero’d from the base, field or town and/or the sector. Also not allowing the GVdar to pop at spawn points and only allow when the condition above is met(IE: when GV is in a certain proximity to bases, fields or towns and/or they have opened fire)
Just throwing a few constructive ideas out there.
