Excessive Lag Causing Troop Drop Issues
« on: January 27, 2018, 01:33:46 PM »
I was in the MA earlier this morning and an extremely warpy C47 attempted to drop troops at the base.  This was literally one of the worst examples of lag warping I've ever seen, the thing was everywhere going multiple directions.  I finally managed to shoot it somehow and he exploded, but then troops began to appear in the air without a plane to drop from.  Furthermore, the troops never deployed shoots, and instead fell in almost the skydiving prone position all fanned out, and were spinning on their axis like tops.

Not too sure what the issue is, but I've never seen a plane's lag carry through to the dropped ord/troops.  This was witnessed by other players as well, and only this single plane was warping in the area, on multiple people's clients (so it was not lag on my end).  Unfortunately I got no video of it, but it was absolutely nutty looking.   :joystick:
