I don't think that Flame Baiting some players is the best thing to do...

The AH community members want players to stay with us instead of leaving the game...

one leaves, then 2 or 3 more that enjoy flying with the player that left also leaves...eventually it is possible that the entire squadron ends up leaving.... this causes others that enjoyed participating with the ones who left to end up leaving.....

I've seen it happen over and over again through multiple different flight sim games...
