F4UA1 head position
« on: March 03, 2018, 09:44:50 PM »
In Corsair head position is too close to instrument panel.  Have moved head position down as far as I can and the bottom of the directional gyro is just visible.  I do not have this problem in the other models .  Trying to move head position to the rear gives no result :headscratch:

Are you using VR? or something? I have my FOV at 106 like it was in Aces high 2. Not sure what your FOV is.

Are the other F4u's different? The default view looks down at the instruments unless you reset it.

Are you using page up/down to move your head position?

I was just saying the same thing caine, I'm using track ir and it seems I am smashed in to the bill (overhead) and will not take any adjustments.  also being that high unless I am looking forward seems the bill is in the way.

Hey caine I got an idea, Try press the HOME key and see what that does. F10 Saves that head position and move along from there.

Using the home just returns it to the position before I used page down.  Again I say my head position and all other models is fine.

Use the arrow keys to pull yer mug away from the instrument panel.

I’ve had to do this in a few AC to get a more comfortable feel.
