Hey Creamo, don't go away mad, just go away. I'm sure there's a place for you over on AGW.

<S> to the rest of the FDB's, you guys are a lot of fun. Why you put up with Creamo in your squad is beyond me.

We will announce what country we fly for the day of tour change, the announcement will be made with fire from cannons.

Creamo, I respect alot of folks within the 'Fat Drunk Bastards', I hope one day that our two squads will have the opportunity to fly together. And for the record, we've had 1 person quit AH due to their dislike of the F4U-1C and 1 person 'give it a rest' until V1.03.  The rest (about 5)left to form other squadrons or to drop AH for  school, family life, etc.

Dog out...

LOL War   . The country that 'recieves' JG2 should prolly shed a sqaud to at least try to balance things. Besides, i enjoy my encounters with the JG2, you know your up against some great pilots. Then again, i would luv to wing with saw sometime. (came close once, I had a truce with the knights one evening a month back or so to co-operatively rid the rooks from the sector. Only winged with them for a sortie, and i had to keep ensuring no knight 'not in the know' dinnae shoot me down 'by accident' - was very interesting.

I've flown for rooks, and bishs, but never really for the nits.

I do not like the idea. You are free to do whatever, that is game, but for a balance sake I will switch to nits till you are back. I think some other people will do the same. I love the game, not the massaqre.

Fariz,
Ya, we wouldn't want it to be like  the Rooks and Bish ganging Knights lately now would we! Hehe, 5 times I logged on last week, every night there were 0 fites between Rooks and Bish, and lotsa fights with Knights fighting a two-front war.  We have the man-power to change that!

Won't be any massacre like  you think, at any given time, you'll never find more than 10-15 JG2 online at once(and I only saw this once), historically speaking, because we are two squarons, flying different time zones.

On an average its usually 5-6 of us.  NO worries there mate!

Rip, I has nothing personal against JG2, it is just another squad for me, may be bigger and sometime more organized than many others. It has several good pilots; from the other hand the average level of JG2 pilots is slightly bellow average, may be I am wrong but it is how it seems.

But ballance is the issue. All who flied for more than one side knows that it is difficult to fight your mates when you switch, so even if 10 of you online it will create additional constant push against the 3rd country, and thus will switch the ballance.

I never flied for countries but bishs for longer than 2 days, but seems I will need to do it. Again, nothing personal, I do not take your switch as an offence or whatever, but I always tried to do this game more or less fair.

Could you  address the 2nd part of my question in the above post...the fairness issue whereas 2 countries are pummeling 1 with no battles between the 2 agressors? Doesn't appear to be any problem when theres 80 vs 40..

As far as pilot quality, the only way to test your theory of 'less than avg' is dueling.  And theres a ladder for that.

I, on the other hand, do qualify as avg. or even less than avg. in my opinion.

Believe it or not, I enjoy being called "slightly below average".

That way when I blow someone's bellybutton out of the air, they know it's been done by a "below average" pilot!

Adds to the excitement!!

But never would I come out in an open forum and call a majority of a squad's pilots "below average"  Regardless of how good I am, or think I am!!

Maybe someday I can be obnoxious enough to say that!!  Actually even if I did become quite good at this Sim, I still don't think I have the type of character that feels comfortable about insulting the performance of a majority of a squadron's pilots.

Just seems to cocky to me!  Ah Well!  To each his own!!

Have a nice day!!

One more thing, Fariz, you're perception may be distorted by the fact that 90% of JG2 personal participate in mission-oriented sorites, thus making sacrifices (low level jabos, easy meat for  folks flying high like yourself) and most fly different types of A/C.

One of the  first words out of a JG2 pilots mouth when he logs  on is usually "Where are you guys at and what do you need?"....

No score mongering, alt monkeys here... Well, maybe a couple!

I kinda see JG2 as "An expert at nothing, but really good at everything..."

<S> Fariz!

Fariz,
you think jg2 is below average? You are an idiot then. I hope you dont become a knight because I would not want to fly with such an ignorant person as yourself. And I'm not even in JG2, I just respect them as one of the best squads in the game, as you should.
