Display in Windows

Someone asked me yesterday how he may run the game in a window so he could see part of his desktop.  I thought in the past there was a selection in the video settings on the clipboard, but I don't see that as an option.  Any help?

I have asked for this before. Hitech told me this was not gonna be introduced into the game.

You can not run the game in windowed mode, I dont think you ever could. You can have other things running on a second screen but you can not interact with it unless you "alt","tab" out of the game.

 Maybe it was during a test hitech was doing that I remember it from.  Anyways, thanks for the replies.
