Thin skins need some love too

I think that thin skins, M3, jeeps, m8's should be exempt from GVDAR. They have to deal with sound, base flash, storches and the lack of armor to survive. In my humble opinion they should rate an exemption.

In the alternative can they be put on the endangered species list?

Thats my $0.02 worth.
