The soviets no longer have nuclear ICBM's in their silos. They sold them off in trade for tractors and farm tools. Their missile warheads are filled with turnips, rutabagas , and cabbages

May want to replace the “m” with a “b” though not necessarily a direct consequence, but radiation and loss of logistics and infrastructure to the main agricultural areas of the world will trickle down and lead to famine in those countries unable to feed themselves
