      the a20g,  and effective bombing in any American bomber higher than 27 k is  the only way a b17 could get  above 30k was without bombs and all but the turreted guns removed. effective bombing in most others above 20 is a joke. The bf 110 turn rate is. They need ed there own fighter escort when in enemy territory  from battle of Britain on.

    Why add more planes if the performance modeling isn't  a reflection of the actual aircraft?  Too many fantasy planes now.

Do you have verifiable data that proves there is an issue with a particular plane's flight model?  I'm guessing not.

BS.  A 351st BG vet that I spent a lot of time with talked about them flying a mission at 32,000.  It wasn't a workable altitude because of the poor bombing accuracy....but the B-17 got up there.

That was a special mission to deliver a large load of helium party baloons, and all the gunner positions in this mission were manned by members of the Peter Dinklage lookalikes club.
