After reading someone's bug report, I decided to try and replicate it. Due to not being online in quite some time and forgetting what I was doing, I managed to find myself bailed out in the hangar (user error, not bug). and wanted to click on the clipboard to change the map scale, but couldn't remember how to get the mouse cursor. There was a text banner at the top of the screen, which less than helpfully told me to "Hold the Key or press for to enable the mouse cursor." The actual key to press wasn't displayed.
It appeared that there was an extra space in there where the appropriate key should have been listed.

btw - I had to update (several patches worth) and saw that for the first time that the patches now automatically sequence - MUCH BETTER!
ETA: This was A98 in the melee arena. Changed to A91 and confirmed it was there as well
