VETERAN PLAYERS WANTED FOR MENTORING NEW PLAYERS
Concept:
1. VETERAN PLAYERS = MENTORS (Permenant Squadies)
2. Rotate to a different country each week (Mondays at 12:01am EST)
3. Post and run Pick-Up Missions as often as possible
a. Long Range Bombing Missions
b. Fighter Escort Missions
c. Fighter Sweep Missions
d. JABO Missions
e. Base Taking 101
f. Naval Gunnery
g. GV(ing)
h. FSO Introduction
*Note: The above concept is designed to bring brand new players to the next step from the TA into the MA
*Note: All VETERAN players are considered Training Staff. Training Staff will have full rights to INVITE and EJECT players to help maintain an active roster.
I am very interested in VETERAN players that are on at all times of the day.
For all new players:
1. A new player would join up. They will receive a squad invite.
2. We will rotate countries every week.
3. One full rotation will be having flown with each country (3 weeks)
4. A new player can stay on board for up to 2 full rotations (6 weeks) if they want to stay on that long
5. A new player that does not switch countries with the training squad will no longer be in the training squad only because they feel confident enough to be on their own.
6. A new player gets the opportunity to meet everyone on each country and figure out who they are having fun flying with. Build their reputation. Build their friendships.
7. A new player will receive training and made aware of special events, FSO, and other neat things AH3 has to offer and encouraged to participate
*Note: Flaming or disrespecting anyone in the community is grounds for removal from the Training Squadron.
