Just tried 11 version and it logs on not sure why 9 wont.

allcrapp, you have the Windows 10 Insider build installed which also installed a new NVidia video driver.Due to some other problems showing up in that build, I would suggest you do a roll back to the previous version of Windows 10 and see if that fixes the problem.I also noted the NVidia driver installation also installed the NVidia HDMI audio pass-through driver, which has always been a bit problematic unless you are expecting sound to come from your monitor speakers.
Microsoft is not the only one who messed up. NVidia has a really bad driver out in the wild which breaks a lot of things as well.
