Howdy All

As many of ya know I took a year off from the game due to Open Heart Surgery and slow recovery plus getting cut oped again to fix a Break in my sternum. But before all of that I attended a Course Call Wood Badge it is the Highest Honor that Adult Leaders can earn and it equals to Eagle Scout that our Youth can earn. I am very Active with Scouts both sides of the Spectrum, Both my Daughters are Girls Scouts and my Son is a soon to be First Class Scout. One Week before my 44th Birthday I was Beaded and Joined the Family of Wood Badgers and I will always be a Beaver!!!! The Patrol I was in during my journey ( PS I love the Beaver!!! even though mine tried to Kill me twice since married!!!) My Youngest Daughter Ashley Had the Honor to Place my Tartam Neckerchief Around me and My Scoutmaster told her to make sure she choked me. Well here are some photos of my journey and my Totem for the ones involved with boy Scouts who would know what it means and this for anyone who attended Wood Badge

I’ve done both.  When I did Wood Badge way back in the day it was a blast.   However, it is NOT the equivalent of Eagle Scout.  Not by a long shot.  You can’t earn an Eagle Scout badge anywhere near as quick or easy as your Wood Badge beads.

Congrats Mols! I was active in scouting for as long as my son was in it, from time he was six til he was 19. He is an eagle scout,; so I know how much you've given to scouting. Good man!
