The Spitfire scenes were pretty cool.

I bought the blu ray the other day at Target.  I have not watched it yet.   :D

One of the worst movies I've ever seen. Only thing that kept me walking out were the aerial combat scenes which were the only good thing in the movie.

Worst editing EVER!

And yet it was nominated for an award for editing?    :headscratch:

I understand what they were trying to do with the time jumps. Increase the scope of the drama unfolding at Dunkirk. However, it was often disjointed and slowed the film down to me. I liked the film, just think it could have been laid out better.

I watched it a few weeks ago.  When I say "watched" I simply fast forwarded it to the air combat scenes and watched them.  At my age I don't have the patience for all the fluff. :D

Agreed, the air combat scenes were good, the rest of the movie...so-so.

I think it was one of those love-it-or-hate-it movies.  Not a lot of in-betweeners.

Put me in the "loved it" column.

Waited until it was in the redbox. Was glad I did and didn't pay to see it in theater. Pretty unimpressed. I even thought the air combat scenes were pretty tame.  :joystick:

Nobody looks better behind a mask than Tom Hardy.   That guy has the most expressionable brow I've ever seen on film.

Good to see Squadron Leader Canfield in action.  Lol

You are 100% correct. Not worth the investment of time to watch.
