I was there, I saw the roster of players and instantly pm'ed the KOTH CM to let him know what was going on!

3 of you are all close knit buddies and you use ventrillo or teamspeak rather than the games VOX, so you can't be caught cross communicating using a 3rd party VOX program

then I left, because I knew what was about to happen and it did

same thing happened last month and the crap is getting old

why do you think I've quit flying KOTH?

I'm not really shocked as KOTH is filled with rules that are unenforceable. Even if it were true, how can I prove that they are using external voice programs without evidence besides an accusation.

Take it up with HTC, Not going to play this game here.

7- Cheating allegations or descriptions are not allowed. Email support@hitechcreations.com to report any issues regarding this. HTC permanently bans anyone caught cheating in Aces High. We take cheating and allegations of cheating very seriously.

You, me, even HTC can't prove if they are using a 3rd party vox program....

But I personally have previous experiences flying with most of them and know personally how they operate... I'm basing my accusations on that.....

I know there was nothing that you could do with the information I sent you prior to the event starting, but it was really a heads up as to what would happen after you posted the results....my assumptions were spot on....

HTC will contact me if they feel a need to.... I'm not worried about any of it, outside the fact that crap like this ruins the event

edit: once you see the film I'm going to email you, you will understand why I got PO'ed at Rusyn for what he did after I had already disabled his Niki from being able to fly in controlled flight and I got the kill on him, BTW....  But he broke rule, so yes I got mad

Rules are always being broken in there.  I lost the jet round in part because 330SC ran away, even after I called it out, then came back in and picked me as I was fighting two other guys.   It happens.

Keep fighting.  Do you seriously think you can beat Rusyn two out of three or three out of five?   Because if the answer is no, then chalk it off to a bad break and press on.     :salute

Heck maybe I can, maybe I can't.... But I've only been able to have that one engagement against him in KOTH... So who knows

I sure haven't been able to get anywhere near fighting him in the MA, which I find very strange

And the only reason I got to engage him for the first time in KOTH is because I decided to personally go after him first.... I had been wanting to dogfight him....

The logs suggest otherwise.

I don't know one way or the other.  I only flew in KOTH because Trogdor mocked me for having never participated as some reflection on my skill level.  In a fluke I won.  It happens that way sometimes when nobody takes you seriously.

Without looking back at the logs, I was going by memory, which isn't so good these days

But I can confirm each round I was there by going back and looking how each one played out.... If it shows that we fought earlier then I must have already been in a fight and he joined 2 or 3 of us....

I would have to go back and check...

I wouldn't call it a fluke that you won... I've seen some crazy things where it was down to the last 2 of us and the other guy had bested me.... But he augered before I went down.... I hated it and didn't want that round win.... Stuff happens
