Not worth the risk.  Maybe if it had a glide ratio better than a brick wrapped in chicken feathers and could climb, otherwise no.

It's a simple question of weight ratios! I mean, a 5oz bird could never carry a 3lb coconut!

Glide ratio of 2.5 is not flying - it is falling at an angle.

Anyway, good thing that they wear helmets. Safety comes first.

If your a little short on funds you can get a rough approximation by hanging out next to a high speed rail track and jumping across in front of a train at the last fraction of a second. You still need to shell out for the GoPro though.
