Maybe the patch made changes to the terrain editor only.
The players that are building terrains will appreciate the fixes.

The problem was that the roads and railways that terrain builders are putting into new terrains did not spawn any trucks or trains when viewed offline in the game. That bug should be fixed now, I'll check on it later today. It is not a quick job to apply roads to a terrain, lots of time consuming hand-editing needed in the TE to make them look good.

They are running again and I found another bug. Submitted it Hitech a few days ago.

Since the active supply paths are 10 miles long and the majority of my feilds are on river bottoms in valley's. I will be running them by hand and not use the create all option. I want them to have the illusion of a reason for being there relative to topography and that may end up a road system of these pulled to each other between feilds up and down valley's. I'm still thinking about running a long and arduous road from a vbase that will be hard to capture that is a reasonable proximity to the giant strat complex in each country. Then GVers can drive up to the strats after capturing that vbase, if they can pull it off. I prototype'd running tracks to have 3 above and 3 below the city so each group of 3 start from the same location to supply the strats. Was testing that after patch13 when I had a CTD with a DMP I submitted to Hitech.

The vbase below each strat complex is 10 miles away, the complex is 16miles diameter. A simple 10mile drive from 25ft up to a 3000ft mesa. And you can see the majority of feilds are along river vallye's which logically in the real world make for easier road construction running parallel to the valley. And there are 3 bridges at every field with the spawns across the river so I need to run some cosmetic roads to make that look logical. And I won't be naughty and run a road to the center of each spawn or circle each spawn for the bomb guys.
